Job Description
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across our service lines.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — outreach, discovery, proposal, pitch, and closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior marketing and HR decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
- Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and report on it with clarity.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Spot expansion opportunities within existing client relationships.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably at a marketing, communications, or creative agency
- Proven track record of independently closing deals, not just supporting pitches
- Experience with employer branding, events, or performance marketing is a plus
Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing — you know how B2B brands think, buy, and measure
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — written and verbal
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying processes
- Self-starter who thrives without a large support structure around them
