About the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, build lasting partnerships, and grow BrandPipal’s footprint in key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, developing marketing service pipelines, and closing strategic deals.

Job Description

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with brands across sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for agency services including digital marketing, branding, employer branding, content marketing, social media, and performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, digital) to craft tailored proposals and pitch decks.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, client challenges, and competitive landscape to proactively offer relevant solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives, marketing heads, and brand managers.
  • Track and report business development KPIs, revenue forecasts, and opportunity status regularly to leadership.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience

  • 6–8 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
  • Strong network of contacts in the brand and marketing ecosystem is a must.
  • Deep understanding of marketing services and the agency business model.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and customize pitches.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
