About the Role

  • We’re looking for an experienced and tech-savvy HubSpot Operations Specialist to power sales and marketing automation for Brand Pipal. This hybrid role combines strategy and execution—aligning sales workflows, marketing automation, and AI-led operations within HubSpot Enterprise (Sales, Marketing & Content Hub). The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on clean data, scalable systems, and building intelligent workflows that drive performance.

Job Description

  • Sales Enablement & CRM Optimization
    • Map and optimize sales processes within HubSpot: pipelines, deal stages, routing.
    • Lead data hygiene, deduplication, and accurate lifecycle mapping.
    • Set up smart lead capture forms and behavioral triggers.
    • Create automated workflows for follow-ups, lead nurturing, and task notifications.
    • Integrate email/calendar tools for seamless outreach and scheduling.
    • Track sales performance and forecast deals through custom dashboards.
    • Design lead scoring models based on user behavior, engagement, and source.
  • Marketing Automation & Content Execution
    • Build lifecycle workflows, personalized emails, and AI-powered nurture sequences.
    • Use HubSpot AI (e.g., Breeze) for content generation, recommendations, lead prioritization, and forecasting.
    • Implement SEO insights with reporting dashboards and analytics.
    • Deploy AI chatbots, smart content modules, and personalization tokens.
    • Collaborate with content, creative, and paid teams to execute full-funnel campaigns.

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or IT

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Enterprise (Sales, Marketing & Content Hub)
  • Proven skills in:
    • Sales enablement and pipeline setup
    • Workflow automation and lead scoring
    • AI-powered campaign execution
    • Complex analytics and reporting
  • Strong grasp of inbound marketing, customer lifecycle, and journey mapping
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Content, and Tech teams

Skills

  • HubSpot Certifications: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub Implementation, Workflow Automation, AI in Marketing
  • Experience working with SaaS, B2B, or content-heavy businesses
