About the Role

  • We're looking for a detail-oriented Program Manager to own the end-to-end tracking and delivery of marketing programs across multiple client accounts. You'll be the connective tissue between creative, media, account, and client teams - making sure work moves on time, stakeholders have visibility, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Job Description

  • Track all deliverables across active campaigns/projects, maintaining clear timelines, owners, and status for each.
  • Proactively flag risks to deadlines and drive resolution with relevant teams before delays occur.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., in Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar tools) that give leadership and clients real-time visibility into program health, timelines, and resource load.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, content, media, design, analytics) to keep workstreams aligned to scope and schedule.
  • Run regular status meetings/standups; publish clear status reports and meeting notes.
  • Manage intake and prioritization of new requests, ensuring realistic timelines are set upfront.
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks in workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Partner with account/client leads to manage expectations on timelines and scope changes.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, templates, and SOPs for program tracking.

Educational Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent.

Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative services environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio).

Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience building dashboards and reports (Excel/Google Sheets required; experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike, or Jira is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable pushing back on timelines and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage several concurrent projects/campaigns without losing track of details.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus but not required.
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with marketing/creative production workflows (campaign lifecycles, creative review cycles, media timelines).
