UI/UX Designer (Web Design Focus)

Job Description

• Design and prototype user-centric interfaces for web and mobile using Figma.
• Convert business and technical requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply feedback to improve designs.
• Maintain design consistency across platforms, staying aligned with brand language.
• Build and manage design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and user-first decisions in all discussions.
• Stay aligned with current design trends and tools.

Educational Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in any field is acceptable.
• Preferred: Degree in Design, Fine Arts (BFA), Visual Communication, or related fields.

Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design focused on web interfaces.
• Proven portfolio with responsive design, web UX, and UI systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments.

Skills

• Proficiency in Figma with expertise in prototyping and UI systems.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive layouts.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus.
• Experience conducting usability tests and refining UI flows based on findings.
• Ability to manage timelines and prioritize deliverables across projects.
• Familiarity with component-based design and maintaining design libraries.
